maybe. well one of my dsl came with dead pixels and frys say i have to send it to nintendo, i dont want to. so what my friend did id bricked it and they exchanged it. so im following his steps.

I don't have a Fry's in my area, but most larger stores have at least a 30-day return policy.  Tell them that if they won't exchange it, you'll just return it and they can eat the cost.  

I can see a shitty store like EB Games trying to pull something like this, but the larger retailers are usually good about it.  I usually buy game stuff from Target, Wal-Mart, etc..  They have really good return policies.

I have 4-7 but 4 and 6 I only have without health screen.
