True, but why would they fake images?

Besides, what about the one showing "supercard DS" on the bottom screen? There must be some code being run on it...

Unfortunately, unlike the ball, people do not bounce.

I also want to see back of the unit. Because I don't want another big thing sticking out of my DS. But I don't think they do fakes since there's no reason to do that.

Apparantly its the same size as a magic key or pass me.

Also, romman said the superflash is exactly the same as a pass me, but cheaper. So you could just install the firmware update to the supercard, then use a pass me instead of a superflash.

Best of all though, this should mean that flash me will allow supercard DS to be used. This is the DS firmware hack that works as a pass me, only you don't need to insert the pass me. So this should mean nothing extra has to stick out of your DS, you just ned updated firmware on the supercard and your DS.

Quote from: "look"
Quote from: "Mavromatis"ScummVM isn't a NDS rom if you mean that. And NDS isn't made to run NDS roms NDS is made to play NDS cartidges. Since roms aren't cartidges it's an exceptional thing.

I've no doubt scummVM is real and look forwards to playing it.

Forget about ROMS

I mean the images of the DS and supercard running DS games suposedly from the supercard.

whats the point unless they show the back of the unit?

it might just be a DS with a DS game cart installed.
I am almost positive that I have seen those images (without the games playing on it) someplace before, but it has been long enough that I am unable to find them again, something about that cord behind the DS in them is jogging my memory though... it just seems odd to me that the images shown are all possible with the leaked ensata emulator (with the possible exception of the new SC boot menu).

I will be optimistic though, they had the talent to make the SC in the first place (which was likely no simple task) as well as the versatile kernel/boot menu, so it is possible that the DS kernel is in development, and it is (although I dont know how it is) possible they have a way to boot clean DS roms on it...

 Why do you guys think that the pictures are fake, and i havent seen emulators run that "cool104 joker" rom play on an emulator. I personally belive that they are real.   :)

For your viewing pleasure I went and found some clean roms and the leaked emu and took a couple screen shots on the PC (of course deleting all incriminating files afterwards):
w-cjsj.nds (cooljoker104 and setline)
trm-robu.nds (robots)
Metroid on ideas (crashes after intro)
Just prooves that it can be done (and faked) with PC based DS emus, doesnt proove that those images on the SC site are fake though.  I have also heard that goldeneye works on that leaked emu.

Wouldn't the easiest way to fake it just be to take a photo of your DS playing a DS game with a supercard sticking out?

eg:
"Look! Diagasu band brothers works on supercard DS with no slow down!!!"

Not that I think they're fake photos, why the hell would they make fake photos?

More importantly, why would romman buy "robots" and not mario 64???

My point still stands, I think it is kinda odd that they used only games that are working in the emu for screenshots.  :o wouldnt have to buy it if you can get screen shots from an emu   I personally still have yet to figure out how to take a hi-quality image of my DS (with a bright screen, on a white background) without getting reflection from the screen or the DS blacked out because it is not white or bright...
