Can someone please let me know if its possible to find out what version of the SD software I am currently running?
Thanks!

Turn on the GBA/NDS and hold L+R during the BIOS screen (the coloured GameBoy text). Pass for the next test with A and exit this mode with B.

The tests are as follow:
Test SRAM > Test sdram > Test flash > Test CF > Now SC Version:1.50

Note that i have my GBA SP in front of me now displaying this.

Now a question: Test CF says exactelly CF ok! not find test file.
What is that test file and how can i use it?

Thanks! I'm using version 1.44, is there an updated version?

There's the infamous 1.50 wich runs NDS games in NDS, but it don't changes anything for GBA games. But if you upgrade, the previously patched roms won't save, reset or RTS. You will need to repatch fresh copies of the roms in software version 2.40.
