the darkains loader works in the following way:

you take all the games / demos you want, make a filesystem using a tool that comes with it, and flash the final file to a flashcard

ARE Yu-Gi-Oh and Another Code for DS a 512Mb rom? If your answer is yes then I have been able to run them on my ds using SC, and not only me there are others who successfuly ran 512Mb roms

YU-GI-OH is a 512mb but another code is 256mb. Did YU-GI-OH load everything correctly like all of the text?

Your missing the point.

You still have to load the loader from the supercard menu.
