If someone credible on here confirms that MML is indeed packaged in a air bubble pocket with no instructions loose in the box then i will definately remove the current PayPal dispute i opened for this item. I have no problem doing that.

Actually that statement is true! And I am a head manufacturer of annoying plastic cases that are ridiculouly extravagent. If you wish I may send you the plastic shell the product originally came in for a fee of $10 FREE SHIPPING!!!!

I mean come on dude, I know that technically the product didn't come as described. I'm assuming you intended to use this product instead of letting it sit somewhere on a shelf, if you have over 200 posts on this site you probably know exactly what this is and how to use it. So I don't see why you would need an instruction manual. I don't think that this small fact was worth bringing up a paypal dispute over it. However if I am wrong in the fact that you did have no idea how to use it and were purely buying this for collecting purposes go ahead and let me know.

And deeplennon make sure to let others know if you're going to do anything to the product in the future before you ship it because there are a lot of anal retentive people out there. I understand that taking off the plastic made it easier to ship, and that's understandable. But many people want the product exactly as pictured, and that's understandable, because if you sold them an item that looks different from what you showed them, it's in a sense false advertising. I don't have one of these products myself but if it was in new condition and it did contain an instruction manual when originally purchased you should have included it when you sent it. So keep communication between the purchaser in the future to make sure what you're doing is okay with them.

I don't see a reason why this dispute is still being carried on.

I have done business with popinadam in the past on a few items and have NEVER had a single instance of trouble when dealing with him Funny  make the claim to others of "beware" about Popinadam when YOUR the one who did not communicate with him your intenitons to alter the product before sending it to him. I would have been pissed as well if you posted pics of one thing and then sent another without first letting me know and making sure I had no problems with it. Not saying deeplennon was doing anything shady either but it was till poor communications on his part.
