Received the Max Media Launcher. Works just fine *so far*. Although did not at all come in the same exact packaging as pictured above. Was in the box but not sealed and the cart was fitted in a bubble wrap pocket ....

Kinda dissappointed at the fact that I consider this a USED product which it was supposed to be

It's not an used product. I took it out of the hard plastic casing pictured above because it wouldn't fit in the bubble mailer. I had no reason to use it as I used the Passcard 3 to flash my DS before the MML ever arrived.

The datel box was never opened, I have no idea how the internal cart was packed. I'm sure you could ask others who have bought an MML how there MMLs came and find out that they were also in a 'bubble wrap pocket'. Though I'm not sure what that is. If anyone reading this can confirm please do.

If you don't want it, sell it. You bought it for a great price, used or new.

Please withdraw your Paypal dispute, as based on your Oct 29th PM to me, you have no valid reason to request a refund:

"Is it possible that I could get my money back for this item? I'm planning on getting a Ez-Flash 4 lite and the MML is listed as Non-working with any ez-flash product. Sorry to ask this but the MML won't do me any good."

If someone credible on here confirms that MML is indeed packaged in a air bubble pocket with no instructions loose in the box then i will definately remove the current PayPal dispute i opened for this item. I have no problem doing that.

You didn't resposnd to any of my e-mail until after the Dispute was filed, plus it doesn't go bad or your account until after I say I want a representative to look at it and then it would have to be in my favor which it easily could not have. Plus i'm still not convinced that the item you sent was new. So I dunno why I would be the one to "beware" of. If someone isn't happy with what I sell them I certainly have no problem taking it back until I find someone who is. Just because you're not a store employee that's paid to be nice doesn't mean you couldn't act like that to everyone. It doesn't take too much effort.

I could have lied and just said you didn't send the item and at that point you'd most likely have to provide a tracking number for it which you may or may not still have. Funny how I didn't go that route.

I'm sorry, I am not nordstroms, I don't except returns without a valid reason. I would like to remind you at this point that you have none. Nor would you have been returning the same NEW product I had sold you as had already used it. Do you return Bananas to the grocery store as well after you've eaten half of them?

You got what you bought. If you wanted something else after the fact, that is most definitely, unequivocably, -your problem-, not mine.

You've wasted waaaay too much of my time for no reason, and your own.
