I'm pretty much looking for the quickest and easiest way to convert a bunch of series .mkv files that have 2 audios and 2 subtitles in each, down to 1 audio and no subtitles dpg files. What would be the plan?

I guess you'll have to convert to divx/mpg and then dpg.
