Super Card Lite - Performance Comparison

compared to the other cards our there, are there any thing the other cards do that surpass the Super Card Lite?  The only thing I have noticed is that some GBA games run a little slower than it should.  I'm interested to know what other hiccups there might be with this as I just read about the acekard and it seems like it might be the way to go.

Stuttering video in moonshell.  Would that be the encoder software problem or the speed that the NDS reads off the Micro SD?

Would anyone kow if Super Card Lite read transfer rate is the maximum of the Micro SD card?

The SuperCard Lite has the best memory bandwidth of any slot 2 flashcart released and this allows it to play regular speed microSD cards as if they were at turbo speeds.

Just read my flashcart guide for a flashcart comparison as it has been done time and time again. As for the acekard, who knows but as a slot 1 solution it shows promise.

Slot 1 solutions will never replace slot 2 versions unless a GBA emulator is created but by far the acekard looks like the one to beat if it can do as advertised.

Stuttering in moonshell is usually attributed to bad compression or video conversion. It rarely has to do with the microSD speed unless you are using a previous model SC.

And the SuperCard Lites maximum memory transfer rate exceeds the standard microSD spec as the SuperCard Lite is able to somehow read and transfer data from the GBA slot to the DS memory faster than any other slot 2 flashcart yet.

Thanks for the info FifthE1ement.  Much appreciated.
