If i buy a SC Lite today will it have the latest firmware on it already or would i need to upgrade it???

Also if i need to updrage how would i go about doing that? Thank You

no and its super easy. you just put the file on a micro sd card and when you turn it on everything is straight forward.

its included with the latest patching software which you'll have to download too. you'll find these things on the download section of this site or the offical supercard site.

the latest version for supecard lite is 1.63 and the supercard software is 2.56

I think you will have to download both as the latest 2.56 does not have the 1.63 file in it.
