Yea it sometimes happens, do what I do, just take a couple pictures out or add a couple pictures at the end, and usually it works.

Version 1.1 has been released.
It has some bug fixes but the main new feature is left handed mode and a manga mode.

Awesome!

Is there any way to convert the v1.0 files to v1.1?

Keroro

Version 1.0 was working better for me.
With v1.1, I have an error message about a "mscoree.dll" and no file out for images folder that was working with previous version...

My bad.
I forgot to instal .net framework on my PC.
No more .dll error now.

I still have some freeze when the .exe works on some specific files.

@Shin,

as mentioned a few post above you, you need to have .NET Framework installed on your PC to have version 1.2 to work.  i also encountered that error here at the office coz there's no .NET Framework installed here.  so im still using the first one. might also give Image Viewer a try, but this one's a keeper.  8)

i got it working yesterday night, what I did was the following:

I probably had .net framework installed, so I proceeded to open the program pictods.exe

I selected a folder and made an output NDS file, pics.sc.nds, pics.nds, and pics.ds.gba or something.

I use supercard-SD, so pics.sd.nds worked for me :D. though my file was 8.4 mb, and it took around 6-7 seconds to open it up

Is there any chance of fat support rather than building the pictures into the rom? Would it take too much time to generate the thumbnails on the fly? If you need the fat library theres lots of info on chishm libfat over at gbadev.org forums.

I got a problem with ver1.3 I just downloaded, the pictods.exe won't even run. No dialogue or error screen, just nothing. Any ideas? I have the latest java updates as well as .net framework.

nevermind, the exe doesn't like noncharacter named folders
