Unfortunately, unlike the ball, people do not bounce.

Been lurking on here for a week or so, registered so that I could vouch for this guy - I personally went around his house to collect my SD SC and Superpass at 10pm during a weekday, can't fault him for letting me do that, great price too, seems a genuine guy, buy with confidence I'd say...

I would advise getting them from a commercial shop, pretty much the same price and they are likely to be around (for warranty purposes and advice) should anything go wrong.

I got mine from www.cheapmod.com, I've spoken to Glen (the owner) a few times and he seems a pretty helpful kind of guy.

I'm not wanting to knock supercarduk, but will he still be available in 6 months time?

I've been to his house, so unless he moves house, I guess he will be there in 6 months time

Does that make any difference if you've been to his house?

Unless it's a commercial sale, it would be treated as a second hand sale, as in, you don't have a leg to stand on. Did he give you an invoice.

Its the same reason I wont buy off ebay when the prices are getting close to retail pricing. No warranties. At least buying commercially your covered by the distance selling regulations, and all that entails.

Fair point, I was willing to take the risk and pay less, admittedly only about a fiver probably, but the convenience of getting one in hand and not having to wait for the postie was a winner for me....
