Hi there,

I recently bought the supercard lite (micro sd) and I'm having problems real time saving. I followed the manual and it says L,R, B, SELECT. I'm assuming they mean left and right on the D-pad, or the shoulder buttons even, I tried both ways and nothing happens. Can anybody help please?

Also i noticed at the beginning of the manual that it says to place "rominfo.dat" and the font file "scfont.fon" in to the folder that has the converted rom files. Well i have the scfont.fon file but don't seem to have the rominfo.dat , could this be the problem? if so where can i get it? And do I need both of these files on the micro SD card as well?

Any help would be much appreciated. And thank you in advance

Are you trying to save ds games or gba games?

L R are the left and right triggers

You can only save ds games just like a real cartridge. Real time saves are for gba only.

To quote analog man in a recent post on gba games
QuoteTo save in GBA games:

There is two ways, the Real Time Save and the In Game Save

Real Time Save: To be able to save anytime, anywhere.
To do this, press L+R+B+Select during gameplay and it brings up a menu with Save and Load. Save saves your state, Load loads it. Default is one slot, but you can have up to four by editting the settings of the game while converting it. (More Real Time Save)

In Game Save: This backs your in game save onto the media card so it can be kept. To do this, save in your game using it's regular save feature, then press L+R+A+Select to bring up a save/load screen just like Real Time Save. Choose Save. When you boot the rom next time it's automatically loaded unlike real time save which you have to load manually.

Yeah that is what I meant, poor choice of words above
Quote from: "onekelly"You save in ds games with the in game save only (just like a real cartridge).
I should have said you can only save like you do with the real cartridge either at a checkpoint, pressing start and choosing save, or if the game has an auto save, etc....

i will edit it, so not to confuse others.
