Does the SC Rumble series replace the standard Supercard's?

I've been about 50/50 on the idea behind the rumble series. I've got a SCminiSD, and my kid's using a SCLite. The SCLite is very nice, and ol' dad's pretty jealous. But I'm kinda waiting for a few other things to happen - 1) see how the SC rumble series works for people, 2) see how the DS_Xtreme works for people, 3) kissing my wife's butt enough to make sure I can get away with buying something else.

Is the regular Supercerd Lite still gonna be available in a couple months, or is the rumble series replacing all the regular Supercards?

its a good guess to say yes.  I dont think the SC team is about ready to abandon GBA support toatally

I have the supercard rumble(lite version), i got it on friday and am 100% happy with it. I did not buy it for the rumble. i bought it because it is cheaper then the original and I don't need GBA support as I don't have any GBA games and am not interested GBA games,

It works perfectly on the ds games I have.

They have created an IRP (Intelligent Rumble Patch(IRP) is a patch system can let you play Original DS Rumble game on SuperCard Rumble Series, and Rumbling in game like Original Rumble PAK. This patch is for 0142-Metroid Pinball(US)(Mode 7). We will release more patch for more Original Rumble game.)

So far the have an IRP for the metroid prime hunters(Works perfectly) NO other irp patches have been released yet.

IF you already have supercards and just want an extra to play your ds back ups on, then I would recomend this one :) as it is alot cheaper.

I can still order the normal supercard from factory so i dont think they will stop producing them.

I did notice that its not possible to order cf supercard anymore :(
