Cant get either to run!! have patched with the supercard software, neither come out as a 0kb file so what am I doing wrong?

Using:
Supercard + 512 CF and have the following boot:
Mario 64 ds
Zoo Keeper ds
Metroid demo

According to our compatibility lists posted here, Meteos is currently non-working...

...but Pac-Pix should work just fine booting off the Metroid Prime demo.

Pac Pix is working very well but meteos not..
