I don't even know if DS rom hacks exist, but it would be killer if they did and there was an english hack for FFIII.

I beleive the translation only got as far as a few things here and there. Just enough to get through the game without reading the story.

It would have to feature hundreds of pages of translated text - with a release so soon in English, the motivation just isn't there.

Absolutely stunning. This community never ceases to amaze me. Yeah, I realize it would be hard to translate all that text, but this hack is looking like exactly what I wanted; a way to just get through the game and experience it the best way possible.

I was thinking, it would have been cool if they gave us a quick little barebones summary after huge blocks of text went by. You know, "So and so was told she was the chosen one so she blah blah blah". Oh well, beggers can't be choosers. And the English version is coming out in November, so that's right around the corner.
