Ok my question is How do you patch Homebrew? I downloaded the pathcer but what do i do after  that?? Im confused Plaese help. thank you in advance!

Click and drag your "Homebrew.nds" file into the patcher, then it creates the Homebrew.sc.nds. Simply place that in your SD.

ok ive tried that. Te pathcer has a black background rihgt? But anywasy i downloaded beup, ithink, or it couldve been zelda and i draged it into it and clicked enter but nothing happend. It did create a ,sc,nds. Got any suggestions?

If it created a "homebrew.sc.nds", just put that in your SD card, and you're good to go.

Ooops i meant to say it DIDNT create one of those files.

Oh. Are you certain? I don't quite know exactly where these files appear. I believe they appear in the same place that you click and dragged your homebrew from. Maybe they appear on your desktop. I'll check.

EDIT: It appears they appear right from where you click and dragged your homebrew from.

Well.. That's unusual. I want to go over this again.

1. Download a homebrew game/app.
2. Make sure it's file extension is .nds.
3. Click and drag your homebrew app/game into the patcher.
4. A homebrew.sc.nds should be created in the same place you dragged your homebrew.nds file from.
5. Put that file in your SD card.

Now, what app/game are you trying to patch?

o ok i think i know my problem. IM trying to patch both beup and the zelda demo but i jsut saw that they are .rar files. How do i change them to .nds files??

OOH, lol! That's the problem! XD

You need to extract the files first. And apparently, .rar files can't be opened with winzip. You need Winrar.

But if you don't want to download it, I can just send you the files alone or in .zip folders.

Oh, and if you don't know how to extract the files, (Seeing as you didn't know what .rar files were) just RIGHT click, on the .rar file, and hit "Extract Here".

Kk, here you go. I zipped it, so you'll just need to extract them. You won't need winrar for this, just right click and hit "extract all".

and btw, don't forget to put the "BEUP" file in the SD card, it contains data.
