Ok so I haven't played my ds in a while. I pick it up today, and the superkey screen loads on the top screen, but the bottom screen is blank white.  I think okay, maybe my sd card got erased. Check it in my reader, everything is there. Sot hen I think maybe I need to format it and try again. Still no luck.  So I checked out my supercard, and no prongs or anything look messed up, and I tried a regular gba game cartridge, and that worked.  ANyone have some advice for me>?

See if the Supercard will boot in GBA mode.

you mean just take out the super key and try to boot it like a gba game? just tried. Says no game pak inserted.  Other gba games work.  I hope this doesn't mean I'm SOL.  All the prongs look fine on the card, and I haven't dropped it or anything like that

well, clean the supercard contacts with some alcohol, maybe it will work that way.
