Hi guys,

I recently purchased a GBA Micro and a Supercard SD. For some reason I cannot get my Roms to start on my GBA.

They are loading (I can see the counter go all untill the end) and then I get nothing but a white screen. I tested with 2 different SD cards (64mb and 256mb) both formatted on FAT. I also tested the Roms with VisualBoy Advance and they can all be started without any problem.

My SC SD FW version is 1.63. I actually tried 2 SC SD cards (both with this FW)

I was able to start 1 game only on my GBA namely: International Karate Advanced # GBA.GBA. Don't know why thisone was able to start. Other games I tried were: Super Mario Advance 1,2,3 and 4 and Donkey Kong Country 1,2 and 3. None of those started though.

Has anyone seen this problem and more important, know how to solve it. Thanks very much in advance for your answer.

Well, I thought that was just necesary when using a DS (I am a Noob to be honest). Judging by your comment it's necesary to patch the Roms for use with a GBA aswell. Could you provide me with a tool to do this please?

Thanks a million.

Then click the 'Soft' tab at the top and download the right patcher for your SuperCard.

Wait 5 minutes for a video on how to patch GBA games

EDIT
Stupid Google Video needs time to 'verify' my video, so I'll explain it in words.

Load up the software, click 'Add' and choose your GBA ROM. Then click the 'Options' tab at the top. On the left, browse to your memory card.
Then click the 'Game List' tab again. Then press 'Out'.
After a bit (no progress bar unfortunately) a box will come up and say complete.
There we go. ROM patched!

Thanks for your swift rely.
I downloaded the software (which actually works quite easy) and tried it out. The roms work like a charm now.

Thank you for helping me out!

Kind regards,
a happy Skullymb
