let's begin with the superkey. It doesn't always work. Sometimes the DS boot normally, even with the superkey inserted. So, i take it out, i clean it, e insert it again, and it may work. OK, that isn't really a problem, but anyone knows something? i heard it work like this with a lot of people...

..oh yeah the supercard. Well, sometimes games freeze. This has happened many times before, with new mario bros, metroid, mario kart, princess peach... the funny thing is that it started to freeze a week ago, before they were running perfectly. do i have to clean it too? I've tried to format it, but looks like it didn't work. Maybe i can put games in different folders, bu i don't see what it can do...

anyone want to say something?  :wink:

now the games freezes once/twice a day. I am only playing with mario kart, it usually freeze in gran prix between one track and another (during transition, after the rank screen), but it happened also with princess peach, and metroid (like i said before). I don't thnik it's a rom problem because i have them from 2 month ago but they always worked perfectly. I tried formatting supercard, defragging it, or organizing rom  in folders, but nothing. Any help?

Well, i guess for some reason it can't get the information it needs to form new menu's, sounds etc. Everything in the ram of your ds stills works. So i guess your supercard or sd card sometimes loses contact.

If games are freezing, you are probably overheating the card. My game started to freeze only once, after a 10 hour playsession. BAD idea.

hhmmm, maybe you have a fake supercard :|

If it's not fake I have to agree there is some problem with your media, try to set the rom position to supercard in the patcher(by doubleclicking on the rom when it's in the patcher program).
This works only on games smaller than 32MByte(256Mbit).
If that works fine, get a new sd/minisd/micro sd/cf card

i'm sure my sup'ercard iit's orginal, i bought it from a site recommend in sc site (http://www.ultragames.it/prodotti/dettaglio.asp?id=10417&listino=nds), and i don't think my card is overheating because i have never played more that 3 hours consecutively.

i think i'll try setting rom position to supercard, but i repeat it's strange beacause about a month ago SC and SD worked perfectly.

None of my games don't freeze, i've tried them all.
Now that you made me think of it they didn't freeze until i installed the 1.70 firmware. I' think i installed the "good" version, the one without the bug. I'll install it again and see...

maybe the new firmware isn't compatible with roms patched out with 2.54) I had this when i fisrt patched my .nds, i'll also try repatching them again.

If it's not that then i say that you should flash your ds whenever the superkey decides to work so that is at least one less problem...

Is the superkey really this flaky, not heard it before - are any other products i.e. MML any better ?
