chances you'll get hired. fast food restaurants and coffee shops hire anyone who is competent. only reason you'd not get it is that they decided to interview 43857389457 people when they need 3

lol alright that puts me more at ease then before i guess, that way it gives me more of a chance to get the job as well as buy things like wii and games :)

Your best bet is always to be relaxed and confident. Keep in mind that they want you, otherwise they would not be giving you an interview. Be humble and kind and in a relaxed, self assured manner act as though you are certain they will hire you.

It's the way of the world, if you believe in yourself and your abilities others will as well.

they sell alot more stuff then a starbucks though. you can call them a sandwich shop as much as a coffee shop. plus they're main sellers are dougnuts, or at least that's what they're famous for, the timbits especially.

Tim Hortons is basically the biggest food vendor in Canada.  They primarily serve coffee and donuts, but have branched out in the last 10 years to have a whole variety of other things as well.  The city where I live has the most of them per capita of any city in Canada, it's just ridiculous!!!  If you've ever heard a story about a starbucks on every corner, it's worse here, haha.

Oh yeah... back to the interview thing... Well I don't have much experience at this, but the one thing I do know is that if you can get someone "on the inside" to put in a good word for you, you've got a guaranteed job pretty much anywhere, as long as they're hiring.  Cozy up to one of the little old ladies :P

Make sure that when you have the interview, you seem to actually WANT the job.  I learned recently that I wasn't hired for a job because the guy thought I wasn't really interested, but I was just trying to act professional.  I eventually got hired, but just because I was friends with one of the employees.  It's hard to make it seem like it's your life's goal to work at a glorified fast-food joint, but at least try to make clear that you're not just looking for a couple months of work - you'll stay as long as they want you to keep on working.  Keep in mind the reason that they're hiring - they probably hired a bunch of kids that didn't really want the job, just wanted some spending money, then quit when they got what they wanted.  Make sure you don't come off as one of those people, even if you are one...
