man.. just got this game tonight.  fun!

its very immersive.. too bad i'm playing it on a crappy walmart 21 inch TV.. would be good on a flat panel with the component cables..

the game's controls take a while to get the hang of.. especially the fact that it's very responsive, as compared to zelda.

i lowered the horizontal sensitivity quite a bit, because my character was looking all over the place with slight movements of my wrist.. heh.

but it's very nice.. i'm happy with the purchase.

now waiting for elebits.  preordered it tonight.

Awww, I'm getting a Wii on Wednesday night but with Zelda and Monkeyball and Wii Play as well :D. Hopefully if I have enough money I can get Call of Duty as well :D

:O! Is Wii play out already? I thought Reggie said it was coming out sometime in 2007, with a free remote. I'd so get that. I mean a bit more money for a game as well as a remote?

Crazeh.

Apparently the Wii isn't region locked, so he might be getting the import, my guess would be the UK or AUS one

I am playing this right now just because I've got to play an FPS on the Wii.  The controls are pretty cool once you get adjusted, but with no multiplayer and a heavily scripted campaign, this game has very little replay value.

sneef

i agree.. it's like playing in a movie.. heh.

but it is fun.  I figure there will be a good chance of selling it for not too much loss on ebay once I've completed it.

darkuni put up a good review here:

It sums up my thoughts pretty well.

I have been playing this on the xbox, it is quite the fun game. I would love to try this on the wii.

the best part about the wii version are the controls, hands down. This game is a good rent, I dont think I would buy it.

Agreed.  This game will collect some serious dust when MP3 and other full-featured FPS games are released.

I'd say $30 is the "right price" for this title.  Wait for it to hit $34.95 then pick it up used with a Gamestop discount card.  Or, as suggested, rent it for a few nights.

i think 34.95 is a more reasonable price for all wii games so far.. heh.. zelda is worth it's price, but until they start really pushing the console, 50 bucks seems a little steep for most games..
