MY SD ISNT WORKIND it sez that its surupt is there away to fix this

last night i was watching a video in moonshell then i turned off my ds & went into ds organise & tried to copy from one location to another. the ds froze & wouldnt letme do anything it sed insert SD so i put the card into my camera (i   use the camera as an SD reader/writer) & it sed card eror over & over agen & my computer isnt reading it.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO

can i fix it or do i need to buy a new one

If you are able to format it, do so. If your reader cant detect it, try another reader. If it doesn't work, well I guess you have to get a replacement.

i have already tried formating it & the computer said cannot complete format:( does any one no why this happend
