Hi guys need some help here..

My friend flashed his DSLite with an old flashme version and it works fine but it disabled the brightness level function of the DS Lite. How do I upgrade to flashme7? Do we still need to bridge the SL1 again?

As far as I remmber... yes you still have to bridge the SL1, but it is very easy will an eye glass screwdriver. Works like a charm. Did 5 system this way with no problems.

Whats up Shin, Just get the new version of flashme and put it on your media and rebridge the SL1 connector. Simple... Hope I helped

Depends how old your flashme version is.  If it is pretty new, then you don't have to bridge sl1, I think...

I think I have to.. tried running flashme7 it won't go up 0%.
