Well, since neither is an "ultra" based card (high speed), I would venture to guess that they will function close to the same. I know many people will swear by A-Data, but my personal experience with their cards is of the sucky kind. These always strike me as el-cheapo cards, even tho they end up being more expensive sometimes than some other quality cards.

Sandisk is a good brand, I would recommend them...but it always seems that they are slightly overpriced. Probably because of the name. I can't imagine how many people simply search "Sandisk" on newegg when purchasing any flash media.

Transcend on the other hand is an excellent choice. I have been purchasing their cards for years. CF, SD, mini, micro...you name it. Always fast, alwyas inexpensive, and a real quality product right down to the packaging. I own a 1GB microSD version (which is only $23.99 right now on newegg!) and it is a kick ass card.
