ok here is the problem
when i installed hex or what ever it's names i didn't know who to use it and when i uninstalled it i noticed that i cant see .sav in the name so i cant change it it just says in the properties that its a .sav file
please help me

Open a folder.
Click tools/folder options.
Click View tab.
Uncheck hide extensions for known filetypes.
