Currently I have a DS-X, I love it but its really expencive.

I'm looking for a cheap card I can get for my girlfriend. She only likes a few DS games, what is the best card I can get her, also I would like to know the cheapest card, even if it isnt the best.  Im looking for one that uses either  memory such as DS-X or one that uses Micro SD.

Post your cards and storys plz

at the moment Im really upset with Real Hot Stuff, they riped me off on a cheap SuperCard CF that broke in 4 months. When I emailed the dude Ron about it, he said he would look into it, and I havent heard from him since,

So please post other sites rather then RHS Items..

If you're really confused, my 'What cards are just clones' page should help you.
For example, the M3 is the same as the R4, but the R4 is a whole load cheaper.
Speaking of the R4, it's supposed to be a really really good card, I'll be receiving mine soon.
Anyway, my clones page is here

just get her one of the Supercards. for slot 1 that will be the DS.
But if she just likes some games. Then just get her a regular one.

i would recommend www.winsunx.com. Cheap, safe, good service policy's

Well, if you are in tune with flashing the DS, you can use your DS-X to flash her DS, and then buy her a DS-Link. Other than the fact that it requires the DS to be flashed (it does not contain a nopass), I cannot say enough good about this card. It's cheap ($52), takes microsd memory formatted to Fat16 or Fat32, the compatibility rate is outstanding, the build quality is top notch. Just an all around fantastic card with a gorgeous customizable menu. I just love this card.

Also, roms have to be patched with their software, BUT the patching software is cut and dry simple. No options, just pick a game and output it to the microSD. I constantly find that running "clean" roms is more of a hassle personally. I keep my roms zipped, and this requires me to unzip and copy. The patching software does this in a quick and convenient way. Select a zip and output to the card. Done in seconds and works beautifully :)

PS: If RHS did not get back to you, you can guarantee that something wrong happened in the emailing. They are an excellent company...I have been dealing with them for well over a year with dozens of purchases. Remember, you get a three month warranty with what you purchase....which is more than most would give you.
