Should I say that my DS is Flashed?

YES!   it would definitely be a bonus and save them $

i think you can be sneaky by writing the words "flashed with flashme" on a piece of paper, put it next the your ds and take a picture of it. or better, show the flashme.nds selected on the screen.

they probably run some filter on the text in listings but images may be more tricky.

try selling it at the marketplace first.  if noone buys throw it on ebay and dont mention its flashed.

I don't know if this would help but for the PSP sellers on eBay the code word was "homebrew" capable. The people who would be interested will know what you mean. And Supercard auctions regularly get removed. I would recommend selling that here.

the thing with a PSP is the 1.50 firmware is original not a hacked version so they can get away with it
