There is an almost fully translated version out, but then the creator has forbidden the spread of the file...

Yes, all Pokesavs work with the US version...

Really? Because my Pokesavs, the Japanese ones and the translated one works great... I am using a modified Japanese save file though.

Fully translated editor works! But use Save As and then overwrite (Y).
