I'm buying an NDS Lite tomorrow and an M3 Simply with it. I've been wondering.... does M3 Simply support .sav files?, since most NDS roms u download have a .sav file. If it doesn't support .sav files, how do I save on the M3 Simply? I'm just really worried. Can someone tell me?

I'm not sure but I would expect them to be in .dat format like the older ones. It's autosave. And .dat is just a compressed save (but it runs just as well... don't worry) and can be converted to a .sav or vice versa using the M3 game manager.

But it supports clean ROMs, so it might just use a raw .sav. Either way, you're OK. They can be converted.

Just like the R4, the M3 Simply ships with a CD, on that CD is a save game converter. I'm sure it can be downloaded too.

Actually, while it's great that saves can be converted to use with the R4/M3, what about converting them back for use on a SC? I'd like to be able to use stuff like the ACWW save game editor, but it needs SC save files ... Kind of bummed that it won't work anymore.
