At Amazon UK I noticed a game called Wii Play.... but the Wii is region locked and I really don't want to

1) Import it... Jesus the shipping

2) Pay 53 pounds :lol:

Apparently it's a bunch of the tech demos from E3. Is there an English version? I checked Amazon (of America) and could find one. I guess I'm willing to import it if it's a US version or I can somehow make my Wii... unregionlocked?

(A side not that has nothing to do with this but is not worthy of making a new thread for: Does anyone know where I can find an SD to GameCube adapter? Preferably Gecko. Or at least a guide on how to make one... I looked around all night and alas, failed.)

Oh thanks. Strange that it released to the UK first... or is it? Sometimes we get stuff first. It's just weird I guess. O.o

If it's $50 I wouldn't bother... It really is more or less just an assortment of tech demos made up to look like games.

yes, but it comes with a wiimote, and since i only have one, i consider it worth it.  if it's 50 bucks, the game is only about 10 dollars more than buying the extra wiimote.. (they're 39.95 over here)

In Germany wii have this game in the wiimote package since 8.12.06.
For the 10 $ (10 Euro) more you better buy a VC-Game.

Sheesh, I'd pay that much just for the controller.  I thought it was hard to find a Wii, now I can't find a *********** wiimote!
