upgrading Moonshell on M3 Simply?

I think sinkhead answered this question somewhere, but does anyone know off the top of their head how to update moonshell on the M3 Simply, or any other slot-1 card with moonshell as startup?

copy the updated shell folder and moonshell.nds program to ur memory card

rename the moonshell.nds to _DS_MSHL.NDS
