I accidentally lost my data for a game, and so i search for a gba save file for the game, but the format they save it in is XXX.sps , is there anyway to change it into a XXX.sav file? please help

Load it in vba under snapshot and save ingame. Then take the .sav that vba generates and use that with your patched rom.
