Ok, my first post, I followed the posting rules and it was deleted! WTF did I do wrong?

OK what are you trying to find out. If it cannot be said on the forum, pm me.

Also, often when i send a post from work, I have to copy the text as for some reason my works networking/internet security messes up the post and it says no post specified. Sometimes i can go back page and resend, others it is just wiped out, like i never typed anything.

Sorry Deus. I thought I saw duplicate posts and tried to delete one. After I deleted one I couldn't find the duplicate.  I guess your single post was listed twice for some reason. My bad.  Try posting again if you don't mind.

Deus you posted your question in the wrong forum so I moved your post and left a shadow here. Bitblt accidentally deleted the post here which deleted the other one. You did absolutly nothing wrong, it was simple mistake that were sorry for. Feel free to repost your original post in the "other cart" forum. np. My post was asking how to extract a save off an original card with the M3 DS Simply Slot 1. I was not sure what I needed.  Do I need more hardware for this? I tried Rein 15 and Rein 17 but they do not seem to have this option. I searched but did not find the info I was looking for.

I think the only way to backup an original DS game EEPROM is to use a slot 2 Supercard, or some other slot 2 compatible with REIN. I don't see how it can be done with a slot 1 card without some hot swapping trick. The game save needs to be written someplace.
