I don't even think you need to solder, I think if you just tape down some tin foil, it'll work.  It should work with any bridge in the connection.

Like I said. No solder involved... just something like the "lock" tab on SD cards. When it's down it completes the circuit and when it's up it's not touching anything.

You guys seems to be thinking that this is one company dominating the slot one market, but have you ever taken a step back to think that maybe M3 and R4 outsourced to the same hardware company? Thus freeing themselves to only have to work on the software side of things?

What the point if M3 updates seem exactly the same as R4 updates?

Yea they are, the M3 original firmware was equivalent to some other firmware.  This firmware update seems suspiciously alike with the R4 one.  Look at it this way, they both got support for skins, they both updated the brightness settings, and I'm pretty sure the patches for the games are the same too.

If you want my opinion, R4 and M3 are the same damn people. It is really a logical business move really. "Which should I get?" "R4 or M3?"....either way one company is collecting the money It should not even be a myth at this point. R4 and M3 released. Discovery found that the internals are the same. New R4 software released with new features. Then, new M3 software released with the same features. And as the cherry on top, this mod discovered.

Not to mention the M3 Team is so fond of using a letter/number combo to sound "futuristic"  :lol:

You mean to say that M3 R4 and G6 are supposed to sound futuristic?  And that was the original intent of the company/team?  It doesnt sound futuristic to me, although the R4 slogan does

all I want to say is all those guys need to find a different host for their website. Takes forever to access, and what's with just using a template and put all the info that you can fit on one page?


M3 needs to spend a little more money on the website side of their business, forums and such bring business.
