Nice site design. Okay, I need your help.
So, I wanna make my secondary school site, and I am looking for site template.
Can you suggest some online catalog or other resource where I can find many site templates?

It would be better if it will be free:)
I think many of us have personal sites, do you design it yourself?

I usually design them myself, however recently I have taken to using pre-built CMSs because I don't have time to make my own. A CMS is a Content Management System, and many of them are free and there are loads of demos available at OpenSourceCMS.com.
For example, RomNet.co.uk is my website and it is running Drupal. I find it easy to use and there are a lot of nice themes for it.
My choice over that would have been IPB Portal, but that's expensive...

check out www.lab13media.com , it's mostly about music/records/artists and all. but we do webdesign as well.

It's a gonna cost you some though, we can't do it for free.
