The page has changed at 02:13:13 and 08:45:34 (GMT), not before, the change date of 29/12/06 is BS (I only monitor the english page).
- Shell foler has changed to scshell
- new option for µSD speed are available
- MSFORSC.NDS, ndsinfo.dat, language.ini, global.ini, language.ini have changed, nothing else

No english changelog available so far.
Edit : the chines page hasn't got more info (google translation).

He just added the changelog :

- 1.Added Built-in SuperKey function can work as a SuperKey to boot slot 2 SuperCard. At menu: Other->SuperKey.

- 2.Added "AUTO set SD speed" function, can auto set at optimization speed, press "A" to save the setting.
