If you mean eBooks as in .txt files, Moon Shell and DSOrganize does a great job.

I don't think there is a pdf viewer for the DS actually...

If you only need the text in the PDF you can use the 'pdftotext' tool that comes as part of Xpdf (http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/) to extract the text. You can read this directly in Moonshell if you like, but I prefer to use Gameboy Book Reader (http://www.mqp.com/fun/index.html) to build a Gameboy executable that has support for things like chapter and volume markers. For example, I put all of the Shrelock Homes stories into one single GBA executable - I find it much easy to move quickly around each chapter and book when you do it that way. I did something similar for Lord of the Rings a while back.

The GBA exectutables produced by the Gameboy Book Reader run fine on the DS. I think I ran them through the Supercard patcher tool, but it was a while ago and  I may be mistaken.

by the way: Is it possible to change or edit the font file of moonshell, beacuse some of my ebooks are german and includes special characters?
Ã,,ÖÜß will be replaced with some chinese or japanese characters and this is really crappy.

It seems DSBook won't work on a SCDS:

startup
load font
load book

init fat
****Init FAT failed

I think DSBook need a specially fatlib for slot1 devices or something like that.
