Download VLC Media Player.
Run it and goto the file menu and select "Open Capture Stream"
Refresh the list for the video device and select your capture hardware.

Press ok and it should come up and you will be able to go fullscreen. This may not work at first so have a fiddle with the settings.

I can't seem to figure this out...

I tried "File>Open Capture Device" and refreshed it and set the video to my pinnacle and left the audio alone... nothing happened. I looked all through and couldn't find anything that should effect it.
