Hi. I don't know if you guys know about this little program, because it's from a spanish programmer and it's only in spanish, AFAIK. It allows you to perform several actions on your ROMs, but the main function is has is ROM trimming.
If you ever used the SuperCard Patcher, you should know what ROM trimming is: it "cuts" useless bytes from a game, bytes that were there just to fill up the ROM size to a standard size (8, 16, 32, 64, 128 MB...).
The thing is, I've noticed that this program's output is slightly better than SuperCard's patcher trimmed ROMs. What's more, it can trim already patched ROMs from SC's patcher or trim clean ROMs to save space in any slot1 solution.
It can also trim GBA ROMs, change NDS and GBA icons in Windows, compile and decompile ROMs (like DSLazy) and a couple things more.
Overall it's a good program. Dunno if you knew about it, but I think it would be a nice idea to write a tutorial about it, as it may be a tad hard to fully enjoy it if you don't know spanish.
Here are some links to download it:
MegaUpload
Rapidshare

So, try it and, if you want, I can write a step-by-step guide, with all options translated and pics and all that pretty stuff

I didn't want to install it, but extracted the contents from the .msi file using UniExtract. I then found MultiTrim.exe which can trim .nds/.gba/.dsq files, and that's exactly what I was looking for. :)
