As you might have read in my other post, I finally got my DS Link!  Yay!

I got it as of an hour ago, but I have already been playing for 55 minutes because I had everything setup.  But I forgot to setup one other thing, the saves.

So is there some sort of Save converter because I know Bitblt manually patched his or something like that in one of his posts.

Thanks a lot, I can't stand playing Bleach without all the characters!

I asked this over a week ago when I got my DS Link and a DS1 and wanted to get my SCCF saves on both of them, and I've gotten basically zero responses.  I haven't found any decent information anywhere about save transfers between slot 2 and slot 1 devices.  I hope somebody replies to this.

I'll do some searching on it. Hopefully I can find something...

This is a tool written for the G6, BUT it will access save dats and convert them to the .SAV format. Maybe it will work with the DSLink? It's a long shot, but can't hurt to try it:

(BTW: This program requires .NET Framework)

Nope no worky, it uses sav files but not raw ones.  I think they just pad them so they are 520kb.

Oh well, worth a shot I suppose. I'll keep looking. If I find anything I'll be sure to post it here.

So... you want to use your Supercard SAV file in your DSLink, correct?

Just select the Supercard SAV file in the DSLink Software, right-click it, and choose Import Saver.

(I hope this is the way to do it. I don't have my DS right now, so I can't test it.)

Wow, I missed that as well. Again, I never did convert save files from the Supercard over. Learn something new every day :)

Wait a minute, I can't get it to work...  :(

NVM I got it working, just to let everyone know the problem I kept encountering is that I test the game, then write the save, then it rewrites over my new save.

Yeah, I had this happen to me today with another game. Just have to make sure that the internal memory is clear before you boot the game with your save. From there you will be fine.

I do have to say tho, I have not had a single save issue with any game yet. I like how the DSLink handles saving. It is basically doing it (while in game) like a real cart. No selecting save types or other nonsense. Just patch a game, play, and it saves as it should.

Man I love this card!  I still can't believe I won the raffle...  :)  This cart is so awesome!
