I'm not sure what I did, I've had it in my possession(as well and my supercard minisd) for about 30 mins, I added the first thing just fine(some audio files I wanted to try and play, figured I needed moonshell then went to add it) but after I used the supercard and tried to add some more it kept saying the disk was write protected. any idea how I can fix this?

You use a miniSD-to-SD adapter, right?  Check the side of both the miniSD card and the SD-sized adapter to see if there is a small plastic tab you can push back and forth.  Change it to whatever setting it isn't at right now.  That's the write-protect switch, and if it's on you'll only be able to read from the disk, not write.

If that fails, then use Checkdisk on the card, or reformat it, making sure you use FAT16 when reformatting and not FAT32.
