brand new SCDS problem

Hi all i got my SCDS slot 1 finally but have a problem

when i boot it it says

No Find SCFW.SC file!
Please turn off NDS!

Help would be great as im new to slot 1 solution cards

EDIT: sorted it silly me have to put the OS on the MicroSD card what a
spazz lol

lack DSLite with supercard lite microSD 1.7 with 1GB microSD and Superkey
SCDS Slot 1 *new*

psp v1.5 32m + 1GB DUO and a shit load of games lol
