what mp3 player are you going to use?  I would like to find a mp3 player that can read the mp3 off the SD.  Moonshell will only read off a cf card and the larges ROM I can make is a 32mb

the only divice that Moonshell can read form CF is GBAMP .. all others has to insert the mp3 on the Moonshell file.. ( max size 32m )

may bee with the new firware we can play larger files on supercard!

If supercard was open sourced, the guy that made moonshell would easily be able to port it to read MP3's from the supercard. Unfortunately for everyone, the supercard code is kinda top secret.

I was thinking the same thing. I seen a review where a tester for g6flash made a moonshell rom that was over 2 hours.

I have the GBAMP 2 ver and moonshell works great for it, but don't like the way unit sticks out.

you can you do mooshell rom with 32mg to fit in 256 mbits supercard RAM ..

fales after that wont read..


and remenber do rename you files to all files works ( no spaces and short name )

Just compile MoonShell with some mp3's in it and you can play up to 4 gigabytes of music. I've played a 250 megabyte mp3 with no issues.

every time I make a rom over 33mb it will only play some of the mp3 files.  are you making a 1 mp3 file that large or many fiels?
