You can also use the DS-X Manager from that site, with the Slot 1, to make organising files on your microsd card easier.
You just have to put the games into a folder called 'apps' in the root of your microsd card, so that the program can see them  :wink:

EDIT: The DS-X Manager also can trim the files before copying them to the card.

Any chance you can post the win32 binary?  I don't have an account on the DS-X forums and I don't have a compiler installed.

Edit:  Nevermind, I just found out that dslazy already has a trimmer.  Thanks ratx!
