BatchDPG decoder

Most.. if not all videos that i convert with BatchDPG will have the audio out of sync with the video.. am I doing somethign wrong or is it just the way it is?

How long are they? I used this remuxer which fixes most of my sync issues, but it makes the video seek badly.
