Supposedly it's actually price would be U$250 so...
What happened? Did I miss something?
Because christmas rush it's over.

sneef

what are you talking about?  it is USD$250...

They are still going for $300+ on eBay. I think that's what he means.

My recommendation if you really want one is to find out what days your favorite game shop gets in their shipments and be waiting when they are supposed to arrive. The store price is $250 and always has been.

Well, the thing is as follows... I live in Colombia so I'm forced to the highest price at US because some taxes and importing issues (like U$490), plus every website I look at, price it's between U$350-400 excluding shipping cost and everything else... and wishing they can deliver it internationally wich in most cases is not.

The problem is that here in my country Wii's price is around 50 dollars more than XBOX 360 Core System (without HDD version)... is pretty sad because I'm a big Nintendo fan (only two systems I've never had are VirtualBoy and Gamecube).

I wish I'd had some familiars living there in the US and local stores should deliver internationally.

BTW, U$250 price is for the stores or there is any website offering at that price?

I've searched with pricegrabber.com but lowest price is U$307 without shipping... also paypal doesn't accept credit cards from my country... I think I'm screwed

Thanks in advance if you can help me... I can pay with Mastercard and shipping as cheaper as it's possible I don't care if it takes too long.

There is a huge demand for them here in the US. I would have a hard time finding one at a store at any price right now. My advice? Wait a few months for the insanity to die down.

Well... that's a good suggestion I'll wait while saving again, plus, Placebo is coming to my country  :D  and tickets are expensive.

Yeah that's what it comes down to... if the current price is continuing to sell consoles, then the current price will stay. Nintendo and everyone else isn't going to bother dropping prices till there is a slump in sales to stimulate more sales.
