I have a DS lite running version 1.63.

I have a Supercard lite rumble and a superkey and a 512mb sandisk micro sd card.

I have formatted the micro sd card to FAT.

Patched the ds roms using version 258 rumble.

put the roms on the micro sd, put it in the supercard then into the DS along with the superkey.

When I turn the DS on it boots with the DS and health & safety screen. The supercard screen flashes up for about half a second on the top screen then both screen are white.

If I switch the DS on without the supercard but with the superkey it boots to 2 white screen also (which I assume it should do). If I now push the supercard in the DS resets and then boots to the supercard menu fine and I can play the games on it.

Can anyone see any reason why it doesnt boot correcty when switching on with everything installed? And could I damage the DS by inserting supercard with DS switched on?

Tried that no luck, because when I turn it off and back on again all I get is a white screen

I've got the same problem with my Supercard MiniSD. I'v owned it just a little over 6 months, and it just started doing this a week ago. Me thinks theres a problem with Supercard manufacturing.

I betcha the Supercard is not the issue, but the Superkey. Try to flash your NDS and run the SC Lite without the Superkey at all.

have sent my supercard back and they are sending a replacement

why dont you upgrade your supercard to 1.70, i dont think firmware 1.63 works with new supercard software.

Ok received the new supercard.......................

Still not working!!!

Think as zektor pointed out earlier its possibly the superkey.
