I also tried making the compiling NES games; no success. Whenever you save a NES game, what do you do (QPC, or something else)? Also how are you folders in your micro chip setup? If I remember correctly, mine is: G:\Oldskool\NES\NESDS

NES is where I keep all the games and saves, while NESDS is the sc.nds file. I'm beginning to suspect that I may have wrongly used the dumpSRAM program. I had made the ini, and in it I put:

/Old Skool/NES/MegaMan3.sav

Does that seem about right?

Nearly all of my songs are made with Fruity Loops, except for one where I used Reason. I recommend looking at my ambient stuff, and staying away from old songs, which are pretty crappy.

I have a Supercard miniSD, not Lite, so that might be part of the issue.  I generally just save in-game and hit the Save SRAM button in the NES DS menu, which creates a *.sav file directly on my card.  Since newer SC Lites have new hardware that tends to be incompatible with FAT-accessing homebrew, I'm not sure if it would be possible to fix this issue for you.

Your usage of DumpSRAM seems to look correct.  Have you tried it with SnezziDS?  Also make sure that dumpSRAM is in the root directory.

Yes, dumpSRAM is in the root. However I'm not sure if when I press "save sram" on the nesds, it actually does it. When I turn it back on (quickly), then try to reload the rom and load the state I had saved, nothing happens. Shouldn't it still have the save on the SRAM? It's almost as though it's not saving at all. As you had mentioned, this may be due to the fact that I have a SC Lite, which I happened to get just last month.

As for saving with snezzi, I haven't attempted that yet, but I will tomorrow when I get the chance.
