Anyone know a reliable shop (for dev carts) that takes Credit cards?

and not through paypal, I'm getting that "you have reached your sending limit" and have no urge to start opening new bank accounts for them.

Sonicwind, but is RHS's payment for credit card through paypal? If it is, it will just give me the same "limit reached" crap..

I think I paid RHS directly with visa.

its direct You can do it either with credit card or paypal you are not limited to paying through paypal.
