I am having trouble on getting into the boss' room.

I climbed over on the roof, listened to the boss talking on the radio.
then i got back to the boss' room, couldn't get in.
I climbed back on the roof, watched the boss walked to the bed and lied on it.
Again, still couldn't get in the boss' room.
And I climbed back on again, this time i heard the boss spoke while sleeping, "never..... call......."
but it turned out still not allowing me to get in the room.

what should i do??
how can i get into the room, take the map and use the radio???

please help......
